On June 14 and 15, the Aspen Institute’s Economic Opportunities Program hosted the first-ever Employee Ownership Ideas Forum, in partnership with the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at Rutgers University. This two-day event brought together leading policymakers, researchers, employee-owned companies, investors, experts, and media to explore how the US can grow employee share ownership to improve the economic freedom and prosperity of American workers and increase the competitiveness of US businesses and our economy. Windings CEO Heather Braimbridge-Cox was honored to be asked to present on a panel during this event, titled: “Growing Economic Freedom and Prosperity: The Case for Employee Ownership”.
